Rivermead Residents Association Meeting
25th June 2018

The main points of the meeting were as follows:

It was reported that the bike store lock has been jamming and this will be looked at.

It was felt that the quality and number of plants purchased for the site was not up the standard of previous years and the display near Yale was particularly poor. It was noted that top soil has been ordered to fill in the hole where the bush was at the front of the complex.

Julian reiterated that the voids in part of the river garden cannot be repaired until 2020 due to the cost of planned worked already due to take place.

Works to repoint the front wall are ongoing, caution should be exercised in this area due to loose bricks.
